- campaign execution and group selection using a simple “SQL for marketers” interface
- ongoing campaign ROI calculation (absolute/relative to control groups)
- identification and profiling of customers via various and configurable keys (customer segmentation)
- ability to cluster, track and tailor efforts to different customer segments – offering them discretely tailored incentives to promote and/or change their behaviour profiling of responses (as input to consumer segmentation and formulation of future campaigns)
- ability to identify customer tiers upon which to base a tiered membership program.
