VISIBLE RESULTS LURES SAUNDERS ACROSS TASMAN

Retailer, adman, doctor of consumer psychology and self-confessed “pavement psychologist” Stephen Saunders has crossed the Tasman to become General Manager of Visible Results Australia, the leading developer of loyalty marketing programs for retailers and consumer brands.

Visible Results Group COO, Richard Glass, said: “Stephen’s unique experience set, ranging from the dynamics of consumer behaviour through leading retail organisations to loyalty marketing expertise, is a great asset to Visible Results. Saunders’ background extends across retailing, marketing and advertising in South Africa and New Zealand. He has worked for organisations such as Unilever, Woolworths and Edgars (South Africa), KPMG, Ogilvy and Colenso99 (Clemenger BBDO).

As Visible Results' General Manager, Saunders will lend support to the rapid growth of the Australian business and will be instrumental in developing the organisation’s client base and strong focus on innovation.

Saunders’ retail experience includes his instrumental role in establishing the Books & More retail joint venture between Whitcoulls and New Zealand Post, growing that franchised business to 36 stores within three years.
